Located in the municipality of Icod de Los Vinos, this is a late 19th century colonial house that stands in the heart of a 5.5 ha. banana plantation. The building includes different living rooms, dining rooms, seven bedrooms, and 1950 and 60s bathrooms and kitchens.
The front of the main house is partially covered with climbing plants and is surrounded by some 1,500 sq. m. of gardens. There is also an old swimming pool plus an old tennis court lined with avocado trees.
