Hacienda El Lamero

This is a 17th century manor house with wonderful views over the town of Garachico. This two-storey property has large grounds, a derelict chapel, stables, etc., typical of this type of buildings. The house, in acceptable condition, also features large, empty living rooms with wooden floors and sloping ceilings in addition to a peculiar stone staircase, among other quirky features. The building is surrounded by some 3,000 m2 of unkempt gardens that include bushes, weeds, fruit trees and palm trees lending the place an air of devastation and loneliness.
